Our Polyurethane on Nylon Wheels are designed for applications requiring high load capacity, low rolling resistance, and excellent floor protection. Available in wheel sizes from 80mm to 200mm, with load capacities ranging from 100kg to 250kg per wheel, these wheels are ideal for warehouse trolleys, industrial carts, material handling equipment, manufacturing machinery, and mobile workstations.
Featuring a durable polyurethane tyre bonded to a high-strength nylon wheel centre, these wheels combine smooth and quiet operation with exceptional wear resistance and long service life. The polyurethane tread provides excellent floor protection, reduced rolling noise, and improved grip, while the nylon core delivers outstanding strength, low rolling resistance, and resistance to moisture, oils, and many industrial chemicals.
